Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges or refunds can be made during the appreciation period by notifying us and returning the complete product and packaging. If the exchanged item is out of stock, we will inform you of the new delivery time.
We believe you will be satisfied with our products, but if for any reason you feel the need to return an item, we will simplify the process as much as possible to ensure a pleasant shopping experience with us.
We will handle all returns and exchanges as promptly as possible, and the following points outline our return/exchange and refund policies:
1. Change of Mind or Defective Products
Our policy ensures that customers are satisfied with each purchase from LIMore. If you are not satisfied with the product or it arrives damaged or defective, please return the purchased item to us within 7 days from the day after receipt. You must reasonably care for the item, ensuring it is in new, unused condition with all packaging and components intact. We will refund the product price and related shipping costs. If the packaging and components are not returned intact, we may require you to send the missing components at your own expense.
Within 14 days of receiving the returned product and confirming it is returned in its original condition, we will process the refund directly to the credit/debit card used for the original order.
2. Return Process
1) Please email your return request to: LIMoreclock@limoreclock.com
Include relevant return information, the original purchaser's name, contact information, address, product name, reason for return/exchange, and payment method (if by credit card, please provide the card number).
2) Place the product, accessories, and warranty information in the original packaging box. If a paper invoice was issued, please return it as well.
3) You are responsible for the safe keeping of the product before it reaches us.
Upon receiving your return request, we will process it promptly and complete the process within 14 days from the date of receipt of the returned product.
