1. When Will My Order Be Shipped?
1)Confirmed orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received.
2)It takes approximately 1-3 business days to prepare the stock (shipping will not be carried out on weekends, national holidays, or during typhoon days).
3)Payments made through LINE PAY and PAY PAL take longer to confirm, so we do not offer next-day shipping for these payment methods.
Pre-order Orders
1)Pre-orders will be shipped as soon as possible according to the details of each pre-order.
2)The shipping schedule for different pre-order batches will follow the announced timeline.
Custom Orders
1)The delivery time varies depending on the specific custom order.
2)It usually takes more than 2 months; however, the actual time depends on the quantity and details of the custom order.
2. Is there a seven-day trial period?
1)According to the Consumer Protection Act, LIMore offers a seven-day trial period starting from the day after receipt. During this period, returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted as long as the product and its packaging are returned intact. If the item for exchange is out of stock, the new arrival time will be notified. We believe you will be satisfied with the product, but if you feel the need to return an item for any reason, we will streamline the process to ensure a pleasant shopping experience with us.

3. How can I check my order status?
1)To check your order status, go to our website's homepage and scroll down to the bottom of the page. Locate the "Track order" link and click on it to be directed to the order inquiry page.
2)Find your "Order Number" and "Verification Number" from the "Order Confirmation Email" received after placing the order.
3)Return to the website and enter the "Order Number" and "Verification Number" to check your order status.
4. How to clean the clock?
1) Do not wipe the hands and engraved design on the clock face.
2) The panel and other areas can be gently wiped with a damp cloth.
5. Is there a warranty?
1)This product comes with a one-year warranty starting from the date of purchase.
2) If you register as a member online within 30 days of purchase, you will receive an additional 180-day extended warranty.
